Yes eating less processed food, and eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, as well as being active have all been shown to help deal with the effects of stress.

This a great question, but not easy to answer as every will react differently to different coping methods.
Personally I think one way to deal with this is to realise that we are all beautiful and perfect in our own way, and the worst thing you could possibly do is try and be something you are not. Don’t try and fit in with current trends and expectations. Just be you. This applies to not only your looks but also your personality. Once you are happy in your own skin… the stress associated with body imperfections will fade away. I promise.
