Thank you for asking! Here are my three main things:-
I do yoga stretches – I have a big egg timer on my desk to remind me to stretch every half hour or so.
Where I work we have a “walking group”; we always try to get out for a walk at lunchtime. It feels good to be away from my desk and in the fresh air – even if only for 20 minutes.
I work in quite a noisy office with 22 other people – so I put my headphones on and listen to my iPod.
What do you do to make sure you don’t get too stressed?
