• Question: Can certain foods that a pregnant woman eats before giving birth increase or reduce her stress levels and then affect the birth of the child?

      What an interesting question, it is something I would love to know more about. As far as I know, eating specific foods doesn’t affect stress levels to a large degree. We do know that different foods can affect the baby (for example, liquorice is not good to eat while you’re pregnant), and stress levels can affect the baby, both separately, but nobody seems to have information on them interacting. Great question!
