I’ve done it a few times.

Mostly I give lectures to students who are already at university, but I’ve always enjoyed speaking in schools when I get asked!

I’d like to do this more as I get further into my career. At the moment I am still a student, so school students would probably prefer to hear from someone who has a bit more experience! When I worked at GlaxoSmithKline though, I hosted work experience students which I really loved. I love to talk to younger students about science and careers, in the hope of inspiring some!

Yes. Each year I tend to do one or two school talks, a few talks at different universities, & a conference presentation or 2 (I am currently in Japan and will be presenting on Thursday)

Like Livia, I am also a STEM ambassador and routinely give talks/help out at schools and STEM events.
