Question: how did you discover the enzyme ?

There’s not too much I can say about this, unfortunately, because I worked at a company that still wants to keep it a secret for now. It involves studying species such as plants and small organisms to see what enzymes they use that are different to humans. You can then conduct experiments on these to see which ones may be useful for us.
