• Question: Random Question but.... If prunes are dried plums, where does prune juice come from?

      What a great question!

      Prunes are indeed the dried fruit, so you wouldn’t be able to squeeze much juice out of them, would you? Apparently they boil up the prunes with water – so they are cooking them – and then they extract the juice.

      Would be a bit odd if they called it dried prune juice wouldn’t it?
