      if you are really curious about the world, it’s a great career. You are always finding out new things and there is always more to learn.

      Because its so cool! You can change the world we live in for the better, you can become an expert in something where everyone will want to know your opinion, you can teach others so they get inspired to become scientists too!

      Everyone is a scientist whether they get paid to be one or not! Think how many times you have to make a decision on a day to day basis, how you use previous knowledge to come up with an idea of what will happen (a hypothesis), how you then make an action (method), and see whether you were right or not (results and conclusion)… now imagine that you get to do this with some of the most interesting questions in the world, that you get to develop the global knowledge AND that you get paid to do so… pretty cool huh?!
